First aid primary responder notebook developed following the terrorist attacks that hit France, administrations expressed the need for a solution to deal with numerous victims (Mass Casualty event). This notebook allows following a logical procedure, not forgetting anything and saving time for the transmission of information upon the arrival of medicalized assistance. The front side of each form has a lesion assessment to complete, while the back side has the administrative data, the tracking of actions taken and the evolution of the victim. With a "pocket" format (10x15cm), this notebook will fit into all your trousers pockets and will find its place in all your individual medical kits (IFAK, EDC kit) or collective and car health bag or doctor. Water resistant, it allows to write under the rain with any pencil, marker or ball pen.
