Mylar plat renforcé par deux fils de polyamide entrecroisés. Des variations de couleurs ont été obtenues en mélangeant trois ou quatre bases différentes, ainsi que des fibres ultraviolettes et nacrées, afin de créer des combinaisons nouvelles et efficaces. Idéales pour toutes les streamers, les fibres simples peuvent également être utilisées pour les nervures sur les petits corps.
Pour une utilisation en dubbing loop, il est recommandé de le combiner avec des matériaux un peu plus résistants afin de préserver son intégrité lors du processus de torsion avec le "dubbing twister". Ce matériau se prête à diverses utilisations pour les streamers d'eau douce et d'eau salée. Souple et brillant, il assure une nage réaliste et la brillance des mouches.
