Griddle Plate for Grilla Barbecue Transform the Grilla barbecue into a griddle with grooved part
The optional griddle plate for Grilla barbecue allows you to prepare even more delicious dishes, by converting the Grilla barbecue into a griddle (with grooved part), giving a new dimension to outdoor cooking. Its wrought iron construction, coated with the famous and efficient RidgeMonkey non-stick treatment, makes this plate perfectly adapted to the specific constraints of outdoor cooking in all weathers. The plate includes a smooth part and a grooved part, making it very versatile. The major advantage of having a uniform heat distribution across the whole plate, is that it greatly simplifies cooking, by eliminating "hot spots" and foods burned or overcooked by the flames. The Grilla plate, very easy to clean, allows a wide variety of foods to be cooked, some of which are too fragile to be cooked directly on the flames of a traditional barbecue (mushrooms, onions, fish...).
