The new range of Riot carp rods has been created to offer amazing performances combined with ultra-light features and cosmetics that you would normally only find on high-end rods. The Riot range has evolved! with huge technological advances in terms of weight, balance, diameter and controllable power.
The non-reflective satin black finish of this high-modulus carbon blank is very minimalist. It blends perfectly into the reinforced 1k carbon section and the machine-cut 1k line clip, before accommodating the extremely functional black DPS screw-in reel seat, dressed with elegant black shiny collars. An ultra stylish, durable and easy to clean Japanese retractable handle only exaggerates these refined and slender blanks with a subtle flaring at the butt. The finish is ensured by a laser-engraved and smoked butt cap like a weapon. It ensures a good grip when you need it most.
The 50mm ULW (Ultra-Light-Weight) rings on all 12/13ftft models, only enhance the responsiveness, retrieval speed and casting performance of the Riots. Combined with oversized 16mm anti-hit rings, they help to eliminate dropouts, climbs and jams. This gives you more confidence and allows you to cast further and more accurately, more often. We have developed two different playing and casting actions in the Riot carp rod range.
AR (All-Rounder) gives you the best of both worlds, allowing you to have great forgiveness at the tip and middle of the rod, while having a good reserve of power at the butt. XD (Extra Distance)
