Extremely lightweight, the Obsidian carp reel is made from Okuma's C-40X carbon - a component both light and durable. The feelings of lightness and comfort are accentuated by an ultra-light spool and a frictionless drive system design. This allows all resistance to be eliminated when winding the line. Its super slow oscillation, its one-piece pick-up and its worm-drive transmission ensure exceptional line laying and superb casts.
