La pêche du silure évolue, MADCAT aussi. La nouvelle canne Green Pellet ne fait plus 3,60 m de long, mais 3,10 m. La raison ? La pêche au pellet ne se fait plus façon carpiste, et les cannes sont maintenant le plus souvent placées debout sur un trépied. De cette façon, la ligne est soulevée plus haut hors de l’eau, ce qui réduit le risque d’accrochage de la ligne.
