The new Shimano Kairiki 4 is a braid made from 4 strands, produced in Japan and utilising the "VT Construction Method" braiding technology. This is a super strong and smooth PE line that's perfect for long casts. It's available in diameters ranging from 0.06mm to 0.315mm with a spectacular breaking strength of 29.8 kg. It possesses ideal qualities for both freshwater and sea spinning as it is very sensitive and extra smooth, which further reduces noise. Alongside the Mantis Green and Steel Grey, two additional colours will be available, featuring a highly visible Orange and Multi Colour. The Multi Colour is particularly interesting for deep fishing. Thanks to its softness and low diameter, Kairiki 4 is an excellent line for jig fishing as it offers low water resistance and, with a maximum elongation of <3.0%, it is also very sensitive.
