Lightweight logistic and tactical plastic case for: Ammunition (small, medium and large weapons), pyrotechnics, explosives, countermeasures, flare guns and weapons, etc... This allows storage of ammunition, ammunition storage, cartridge box, storage and preservation, hardware, tools, hunting scope, rifles, guns, valuables, geo-caching and hunting accessories. The new and innovative lightweight ammunition cases from PPD (LWAC®) are based on a newly patented design by PPD and specially developed raw material resins by PPD that meet all military requirements and standards.
The advantages are numerous, but the most important is the direct reduction of costs thanks to the following elements
• Reduced weight, more than 68% lower than existing steel boxes. For example, the weight of the packaging of 1,000,000 12.7 calibre cartridges (0.50) will be reduced by 16.5 tonnes! • Improved stacking capability, allowing cross-stack at 90⁰ and vertical stacking • Improved thermal capacity, with reduced heat transfer • Prepared for integrated RFID tags for tracking and control. • Low noise during handling and contact with steel surfaces • No risk of sparks • Fully compatible with existing steel boxes • Fully recyclable / reusable • Multiple colours choice, for example colour coded according to ammunition type.

The LWAC is perfect for 12.7mm/0.50Cal ammunition and less. It has a flat bottom for better storage, allowing you to place ammunition boxes in it without risk of tilting.

Cancellation
Any termination of the T&Cs between the Seller and the customer will result in the termination of the UGCs between Alma and the customer.
