As early as 1902, James Heddon invented the first propeller bait in history. It was in 1925 that he created the Torpedo, which has since become the best-selling prop bait in the great history of lures.

With its streamlined shape reminiscent of the famous Mini Spook, the Tiny Torpedo is a topwater that leaves no predator indifferent. With its aerodynamics and perfect balance, it can be thrown at great distances with formidable precision.

Thanks to its tail propeller, this small prop bait creates as much disturbance on the surface as a much larger lure. On a simple linear recovery, it produces strong buzzing as well as a significant wake. During the rotation of the propeller, the round section body then oscillates from side to side and vibrates intensely.

Handled with short pulls, it foams the water creating attractive bubble chains. Of small size, the Tiny Torpedo will only represent a small bite for wary or educated fish. Retrieved slowly in a linear in the open water, this prop bait has the gift of awakening the aggressiveness of all predators.

A lure that is also exceedingly effective when operated "stop and go" along the banks, weed beds or submerged branches where predators are lying in ambush. A real treat for black bass, perch, or beautiful chub!
