Shiny nylon thread with parallel strands, characterised by slightly textured fibres. It's one of the most commonly used products: it serves as exuviae in emergers, as a hot-spot in parachutes, and in certain dry flies, to adjust the density of the wings as needed. By mixing two different colours, visibility can be increased under different water and light conditions. Fluorescent colours have the characteristic of being very visible, thanks to the brightness of the base material, while more natural colours can be used for different parts of the flies such as the tags of salmon flies, the courses... • 8 metre spool • 1150 deniers
