Use Open your hamburger press and fill the receptacle with minced meat. Replace the receptacle on the device and press 2 or 3 times strongly on the plunger. The more you press on the plunger, the more your meat will be compacted. Once your well-pressed hamburger is finished, place it ideally between two sheets of paraffin paper ref. BURPAPAR.
Care The stainless steel bottom can be rinsed with clear water or put in the dishwasher. For the part with the plunger, clean with a damp sponge and put a few drops of grease on the plunger axis.
