These precision drills come in a range of diameters: 1 mm, 4 mm, 6 mm and 8 mm, rendering them perfect for drilling any bait and turning it into a balanced or floating bait, thanks to the accompanying cork sticks that are provided.
They are preferably used with boilies or tiger nuts when you want to add a bit of buoyancy, for instance to critically balance a bait, or to create a snowman from your bottom baits - or even simply if you've accidentally left your pop-ups at home! The narrowest diameter drill is designed to drill a hole in hard baits that can't be penetrated with a standard needle without splitting them. It is perfect for boilies and pellets, and will drill a hole that can then be used to thread the bait onto your hair.
The tip of the Bait Drill comes with a small point that can be inserted exactly where you want to make a hole. It helps to ensure that the drill doesn't slip and is designed to reduce the risk of the bait bursting during use.
The Bait Drill has a black and green ergonomic handle which allows for a firm grip for precision drilling. Every package contains a Bait Drill and up to six cork sticks depending on the size. Spare 4mm, 6mm, and 8mm cork sticks are also available, and are sold in packs of 10.
