The Jigforce SSD are Tailwalk's brand-new rods for all boat jigging — from intermediate depths to deep waters. This rod series stands out for its great lightness relative to its power, allowing it to fight the most powerful fish. With this range, Tailwalk completely redesigned its rods, lightening them as much as possible while keeping the same power ratings. Results: none of the spinning models weigh more than 190 g and the casting models do not exceed 195 g.

The Jigforce SSD are characterized by a smooth yet quick progressive action. Unlike overly stiff jigging rods, this even action gives your jigs a better swimming motion while providing great comfort during handling. Ideal for long sessions of speed jigging — including with heavy jigs in deep waters! A must for targeting large pollack (ledges, wrecks), pelagics (little tunny, amberjack, cutlassfish, etc.) or large predatory sparids (dentex, porgies, etc.). These short rods are also perfect for livebait fishing.

Very ergonomic, the Fuji reel seats (DPS-LD and TCS-LD) provide an optimal grip and contribute to your comfort — both during the jigging action and during the fight. Note that the Offset joint (butt + tip) preserves the blank's progressive action without weak points.
