An ideal rod for many shoreline fishing activities, starting with seabass! Its length, action, and strength will allow you to throw most of the lures used in France without effort and will give you control during battles. Its rather "regular" action makes it perfect for using swimming fish and casting jigs but you can certainly switch to soft lures on occasion.
Its carrying case and its extremely compact size will allow the adventurer to always have it at hand in the car but also to take it on a plane in your checked luggage without needing a transport tube.
