The Fat Lui has been developed mainly for pike fishing.

The voluminous body in combination with the large paddle gives the lure the swimming action of a wounded fish swimming on its side while displacing a lot of water.

Even a slow animation gives the lure a hovering and provocative swimming.

The X-shaped eyes add an extra touch which serves to direct the aggression of predators towards the head and thus a better chance of hooking during the strike.
