The TOUGH is the perfect weapon for fishing pike, zander, black bass and big perch. This lure has a long and thin body, similar to most "shad" type lures, but the main feature of the TOUGH is a tail with a massive and heavy paddle. In combination with a relatively thin body, this tail emits very low-frequency vibrations with a large amplitude. Even at a very slow retrieval, the TOUGH undulates impressively with the tail, which in turn sets the whole body in motion and thus the lure creates significant oscillations. On the belly of this lure there is a small flat fin that is designed for a balanced set with a Texan hook. A Texan hook size 6/0 and 7/0 is ideal for this lure. In general, the lure produces a lot of vibrations in different directions. The TOUGH is very agile and has the necessary qualities to try to catch pikes and perches. One tip for fishing with this lure is jigging with a lead head. It is excellent but also try it in drop shot, Texas or Carolina rig. It is recommended for catching pikes, zanders, black bass and perches in lakes, canals and slow-flowing rivers.
