The V-Sharp Xtreme Edge sharpener, the little brother of the V-Sharp Classic, with its plastic structure, it will be perfect in your cutting workshop to sharpen your knives long-lasting with the same angle on both sides. Thanks to the constant angle, uniform sharpening of the knife. The 3 different angles allow different types of sharpness to be obtained:
