The V-Sharp Xtreme Edge sharpener, the little brother of the V-Sharp Classic, with its plastic structure, it will be perfect in your cutting workshop to sharpen your knives long-lasting with the same angle on both sides. Thanks to the constant angle, uniform sharpening of the knife. The 3 different angles allow different types of sharpness to be obtained:

20 ° for fillet knife, peeling knife or razor (blades that need to be frequently sharpened -> very sharp, not lasting long) - 25 ° for kitchen knives, hunting knives, pocket knives (blades that need to be less sharpened -> Good sharp, lasts longer) - 30 ° for cleaver, survival knives or blades for wood, boxes, ropes (blades that need to be sharpened very sporadically -> FE, lasts very long).
