TM165HW Rear panel mounting ready for wide beam CHIRP.
Maximise the coverage under your boat and see what you've been missing. The new TM165HW features a high frequency range of 150 to 250 kHz and a super wide beam width, averaging 30°, providing maximum coverage across the entire frequency band. In addition to boosting the performance of compatible Chirp depth finders, fishermen using this new wide beam transducer will achieve coverage three times greater than that of standard high frequency Chirp compatible transducers.
The wide beam width, combined with the high frequency range, offers extensive bottom coverage and precise fish detection in the upper water column that can sometimes go unnoticed with narrow beam transducers. Airmar's new wide beam format also creates sharper and larger return images on the screen.
