The BlendMaster Clamp is a clamp designed to make the preparation of your mix for creating a dubbing loop easier. "With this tool, I wanted to give all fly tyers, from the most experienced to the least experienced, the ability to easily blend materials of all kinds (hairs, feathers, synthetics), and then insert them into a dubbing loop. Free hands and a stable support make this operation even easier and more precise. And now... enjoy it!" Luca Barosselli THE WAY TO USE IT: • Open the BlendMaster clamp completely on a flat surface, with the non-print sides facing you. • Arrange the materials chosen for your dubbing loop in the desired quantity and order, between the two full sides of the clamp. • Gently close the clamp by tilting the face with the inspection window towards the materials, resting it on them. • Adjust the quantity and length of the materials by pulling them through the window or by reopening the clamp. • Grasp the base of the clamp with one hand, lifting it from the table, and turn the last face underneath to form a closed set. • Using a dubbing twister, tighten the mix of materials obtained and inserted into the dubbing loop formed by your mounting thread and then twist everything. • Designed by Luca Barosselli • 100% Made in Italy • The orange colour ensures optimal contrast, even on natural coloured fibres. • Always store the BlendMaster clamp closed, with the printed face up. • If the hinges become stiff, lightly lubricate the hinge joints. • Keep away from heat sources • Clamp dimensions (fully extended): L16 x W8 cm • Packaging dimensions: L180 x W70 x H13 cm
