The Rainshield is a lightweight, foldable waterproof coat. This product encompasses the technology of our waterproof smocks and the lightweight properties of the Stowaway shirt. The result is a 400g* low-profile waterproof solution.
The Rainshield was reworked in 2019. Over the years, we have received excellent feedback from our military, law enforcement and civilian customers. While its main features have remained the same, many improvements have been made since its predecessor.
The pocket configuration has been rethought and simplified for easier use. Two side pockets, a chest pocket with waterproof zippers and garages minimize water infiltration. An internal storm flap provides an additional layer of protection in case of torrential rain and wind. We also improved the overall fit of the coat, including longer sleeves and better hood coverage.
