The new Makra Trek GTX sports a particularly colourful and sporty look. It is the ideal shoe for demanding hikes in the Alps with a light backpack and up to 3,000 meters altitude. The construction of the Vibram Integral Light sole is very light and comfortable thanks to the special tread design and Hanwag 3D Prism Base technology. The result is perfect cushioning combined with great stability, which is further enhanced by the low sole height. The "Hanwag 2 Zone Lock" with mechanical lace locking improves the fit at the heel. Unlike conventional lace tightening hooks, the mechanical lace lock stays fixed in place and cannot slip unless manually adjusted. And it can be adjusted with one hand. Thanks to the waterproof GORE-TEX membrane, this shoe keeps your feet dry in wet weather. The Perwanger leather upper is robust, breathable and durable. This combination of high-quality materials offers reliable performance.
