Constructed just as robust but shorter and more compressible, this version retains the same double blade. Perfect for travels in the backcountry, the fine edge tackles the bushes and vines while the saw cuts the branches and small trees. Built just as tough as the Gator Machete, the Junior is shorter and more compressible. The two-sided blade has both a fine edge for chopping down bushes and vines, and a coarse saw edge for cutting branches, branches and small trees. It's a high carbon steel handle with a Gator handle. For backcountry travels, when every weight is taken into account, the Gator Jr. is the right machete.
