The TUNINHA can be used for casting and retrieving or twitching, it tends to fish in the upper layers of water and even subsurface if not allowed to sink. Very dense, it can be cast long distances to reach hunting areas or fish from the coast. The TUNINHA can also be used for cast paddling or twitching, it prefers the upper layers of water and even subsurface if not allowed to sink.

At slow speeds, the lure is worked like a twitch bait and with fast retrieval, it moves in a Z pattern on the surface. Its weight/size ratio makes it a prime choice for Bonito, little Tunas, Pompano, Amberjacks, Bluefish, Bass, Peacock Bass and Dorado.
