The sickle-shaped tail of the TIPSY C-XL stirs up a lot of water and emits signals that will be detected from a great distance. Brought in on the surface or over weeds and lilies, the lure will create a 'buzzing' that will awaken the most apathetic of fish. At the bottom, in the heart of obstacles, it won't leave predators unmoved! On the way down, without retrieval, the tail turns enabling minimalistic animations. This TIPSY C-XL can be mounted on a standard jig head or with a Texas rig. It puts very little strain on the rod but displaces a good volume of water which is very interesting when predators are less sensitive to strong vibrations. The presence of slots, its flat back (for perfect hook positioning), and its rounded belly ensure good stability in the water. A lure of formidable efficiency that is also an excellent trailer for spinnerbait, rubber jig or bladed jig! Anise flavour.
