You can use the ground weight ball as weight for your assembly when fishing from a seat.
We have deliberately renounced lead in these weights, for the sake of the environment and also for reasons of better value for money. The density of this steel alloy is only about 10% lower than that of lead, which is why there is practically no difference in size. Thanks to the coating, you don't have to worry about rust. The robust eyelet is made of aluminium and is securely anchored in the body.
Our team has been using ground weight balls or samples since mid-2023 and is extremely satisfied with them.
The best way to connect the ground weight to your platform is to use a lift arrow or a main arrow (see accessories below).
In addition to using it as a base weight, you can also use the Ground Weight Ball in conjunction with our Fireball Clip (see accessories below) as a Fireball for vertical fishing.
The ground weight ball quickly absorbs the smell of the water or attractants and retains it for a very long time. In addition, the robust outer shell reliably protects the material. This essentially neutralises the metal in the catfish's water.
