Coming from the classic family of pear leads known for their excellent versatility, this flat-profile version has several advantages. The weight distribution is still concentrated on the front of the lead, but its flattened shape significantly improves casting on spots where the bottom is not flat such as islands, steep banks, or gravelled areas and plateaus. It's suitable for use in both lakes and rivers.
