RTG-1 is a sturdy knife for those who want that little something extra. Whether you use the knife for survival, hunting, in the trade or if you simply are someone who wants the best, you will not be disappointed. The blades are made in the United States from one of the best carbon steels (1095), then properly powder coated in four different colors. As for the handles, the lightest ones are made of Micarta and the black ones are made of a special composite called G10. With the different color combinations, you can get a more personal knife or adjust the colors depending on what you see best when you put it down in the foam. Or why not choose based on what emits the least reflection, if you need to be incognito with your position.
