The device allows you to photograph or film locations or subjects discreetly. The camera trap can be used for hunting or observing wildlife and plants. It can also be a more discreet alternative to surveillance cameras. For example, for preventing theft in warehouses or individual homes, preventing illegal dumping in forests, monitoring equestrian centres, beehives, agricultural buildings etc. The taking of photos and/or videos is triggered either by infrared sensors that detect movement and heat (PIR sensors), or automatically at regular intervals (Time Lapse mode). The flash, made up of 2 high-intensity invisible infrared LEDs, allows you to take photos and videos at night discreetly. The Wi-Fi function allows you to remotely view and download photos/videos and modify the settings.
A daytime lens and a night-time lens provide very good quality photos and videos, day and night. The Wi-Fi function allows, remotely, via the application: - to view, download, delete recorded photos or videos, - to take photos or videos, - to modify the settings, - to check the remaining energy level and memory capacity. The PIE1073 camera trap is self-powered thanks to its built-in solar panel and rechargeable battery.

LOOP RECORDING ON MEMORY CARD • Programmable by the user : ON | OFF • With this parameter set to ON, when the memory card is full, the camera will record new photos/videos by deleting the oldest photos/videos.
