The Slow Jig Daiwa assist-hook has been designed for heavy slow jig fishing in deep water as well as exotic locations. The VMC hooks (7264AH) are equipped with a reinforced braid and a sheathed reinforcement to prevent cuts from predators such as the dentex or very large pagres. The implementation of the assist is made easier by the presence of a split ring on the welded ring.
