Working Temperature 18°C to 30°C The glue and the materials to be glued should not be used at a temperature below + 18°C. Glue exposed to low temperatures must be well mixed and tempered at a temperature of 18 – 30°C at least 72 hours before use.
Surface preparation The surfaces to be glued must be clean, dry, free of dust and any greasy bodies.
Gluing Apply a thin and regular film of glue on both materials to be assembled. After an airing time of 2 to 5 minutes, display the two materials. The open time as well as the airing time depends on the ambient temperature, the thickness of the applied layer and the absorbing power of the supports. As soon as the solvents have evaporated, the glue film becomes matte and the two supports can then be reactivated at a temperature of about + 70°C and displayed directly by applying good contact pressure. In some cases, drying can be accelerated by a heated tunnel which allows immediate reactivation.
Storage Do not store for more than 6 months at room temperature in the unopened original packaging at a temperature of 15°C to 25°C. Always close the packaging well during use to avoid thickening of the glue due to solvent evaporation.
SAFETY: Avoid direct contact with the product and work in well-ventilated premises or better, provide suction at the workstation. The wearing of gloves, a mask and protection is advised. Please comply with the directives concerning the use of dangerous substances as well as the measures applicable in case of an accident. For further information, please carefully read the Safety Data Sheet which we make available to you on simple written request.
