The Shadow Raps have a "Minnow" on the verge of dying action. It completes those of the "Injured Minnow" and the "Fleeing Minnow" already known and renowned in the Rapala range. These three actions perfectly mimic the moments when fish are most vulnerable and are therefore an easy target for predators.
The action of a "Minnow" on the verge of dying is simple: a "twitch" dislodges the lure to the side, it then turns around to face its opponent with its head down and falls fluttering like a real dying fish. Unlike other "Jerkbaits", the Shadow Rap turns almost 180° when it's "twitched" on a slack line, and remains in the prospecting area where it will sink slowly whilst vibrating.

Big fish cannot resist the temptation of the new Shadow Rap Shad and its "Slow Rising" action. Struggling horizontally and rising slowly under pressure, it perfectly mimics an injured fish. Its widened profile offers more brightness and allows for slow or aggressive retrievals. Mount one on your line and see what monster is hiding in the depths.
