The tornado pencil is a handmade plug of Japanese manufacture with a balsa base covered in a thick resin layer. Aerodynamic shape and perfect balance for excellent casting performances. It has an integrated stainless steel frame that, combined with the resin, makes it an almost indestructible lure.
