SPIRIT 1.0 S EVO short shaft engine with tiller, integrated battery and hydroelectric production function or energy production when sailing
The Spirit 1.0 S Evo not only has a high-capacity 1276 Wh battery, offering 50% more autonomy than other same power electric outboard engines from a different brand, running even at full throttle, but it also boasts a hydroelectric production feature when the propeller spins between 3 and 10 knots (5.5 kmh and 18 kmh) (engine off and with Epropulsion Spirit Plus or E-Series battery) which allows the battery to recharge when you are sailing. The Spirit 1.0 S Evo is thus the very first outboard electric engine to benefit from this system and thus provides long, comfortable, and economical navigation! The operating voltage of 48 V of the Spirit 1.0 S Evo also allows for an operation with an optional external battery for even greater autonomy! For this purpose, Epropulsion offers its E-Series lithium battery range and a hood to replace the Spirit 1.0 S Evo battery to dress up your engine. The Epropulsion Spirit 1.0 S Evo outboard engine thus remains the integrated battery electric outboard engine in its category with the greatest autonomy currently on the market. It is perfectly suited for propelling barges, dinghies, and yachts, up to 1.5 tons. It offers propulsion power equivalent to a 3 HP outboard engine, and thrust equivalent to that of a 4 HP thermal outboard.
