SPIRIT 1.0 L EVO long shaft motor with tiller handle, integrated battery and hydroelectric production or energy-on-sail function
The Spirit 1.0 L Evo not only has a large capacity 1276 Wh battery, providing 50% more autonomy than other electric outboard motors of equal power from different brands, even at full throttle, but also features a hydroelectric production function when the propeller spins between 3 and 10 knots (5.5kmh and 18kmh) (motor off and with Epropulsion Spirit Plus or E-Series battery) which allows the battery to be recharged while sailing. The Spirit 1.0 S Evo is thus the very first electric outboard motor to benefit from this system and therefore offers long, comfortable and economical sailing! The 48 V operating voltage of the Spirit 1.0 L Evo also allows operation with an optional external battery for even greater autonomy! For this purpose, Epropulsion offers its E-Series lithium battery range and a cover to replace the Spirit 1.0 S Evo battery to dress up your motor. The Epropulsion Spirit 1.0 L Evo outboard motor therefore remains the integral battery electric outboard motor in its category with the greatest autonomy currently on the market. It is perfectly adapted for the propulsion of boats, dinghies and sailboats, up to 1.5 tonnes. It offers propulsive power equivalent to that of a 3 HP thermal outboard motor, and thrust equivalent to that of a 4 HP thermal outboard motor.
