IT-PIKEPERCH (Pike, Perch, Zander, Trout)
Maintenance: the cookie cutter should be washed with warm water using good pressure and a small brush to remove the last few crumbs.
Usage Precautions: do not put in the dishwasher as there is a risk of deformation.
Recipe & Tips: Ingredients: 250g of flour, 125g of butter, 125g of sugar, 1 small packet of vanilla sugar, 1 egg
1. Mix the butter, sugar and vanilla sugar. Add the egg and mix again
2. Then add the flour and knead by hand until a uniform mixture is obtained.
3. Let the dough rest in the refrigerator for about 1 hour.
4. Flour your work surface and roll out the dough directly on a sheet of baking paper. Goal: achieve a thickness of 4-5mm (any thinner risks the pattern not being seen)
5. Use the cookie cutters to cut out the biscuits. Important tip: pass each cookie cutter through the flour before each cut to make it easier to detach them from the dough
6. Remove any excess dough left on the baking paper (rather than transferring the cut dough to another sheet). This method avoids the problems associated with handling the dough, to prevent deformations during transfers.
7. Bake the biscuits for 10-12mins in a preheated oven at 180°C.
