The Connect XL Granite Edition pan + skillet set is equipped with removable "soft touch" handles, and detachable hinges that transform your pan into two different utensils: a deep-sided pan, and a ridged bottom skillet for meats, eggs and more.
The ridged bottom skillet can be a lid for the pan, or can be detached to become a skillet in its own right, thus allowing two dishes to be prepared at the same time. This skillet is also interchangeable with the RidgeMonkey Connect XL Granite Edition toaster.
