The Ice-Translucent 15 mm chenille is the modern version of the classic Ice Chenille that we have been producing since 1975. This new version is primarily optimised for mounting Blobs and Boobies and has the unique characteristic of creating a gelatinous effect on the fly once in the water. It can also be used in a multitude of flies, both for saltwater and freshwater, areas in which the classic Ice Chenille excels. The heat-fusible core (chenille core), made from leading-edge materials, is very thin yet robust. This allows it to be mounted on small hooks or to create two- or three-colour effects, even when combined with other chenilles, as it does not thicken the body of the fly. • 2 metre pack • 15 mm fibres.
