The Ice-Translucent 10mm caterpillar is the modern version of the classic Ice Chenille that we have been producing since 1975. This new version is mainly optimised for tying Blobs and Boobies and has the unique feature of creating a gelatinous effect on the fly once it's in the water. It can also be used in a multitude of flies, both for saltwater and freshwater, an area where the classic Ice Chenille excels. The caterpillar's thermofusible link (core), made with cutting-edge materials, is very thin but sturdy. This allows it to be mounted on small hooks or to create two-tone or three-tone effects, even in combination with other caterpillars, as it does not thicken the body of the fly. • Pack of 2 meters • 10mm fibres.
