The new Kairiki 8 Shimano is the new version of the first Kairiki, still made in Japan, but with the addition of a braiding technology called "VT construction Method". This PE braid is very resistant and smooth, for greater casting distances. It is available in diameters from 0.06mm to 0.42mm, with a maximum resistance of 46.7kg for the latter. It is ideal for all casting fishing, in freshwater and in sea as it is very sensitive, smooth and silent. In addition, in addition to green (Mantis Green) and gray (Steel Grey) colors, it is now available in yellow (very visible) and multicolored (for deep sea fishing). The Kairiki 8 is also a very good braid for Jigging as it benefits from low water resistance and an elasticity of less than 3%.
