These fused leaders feature integral sections of tungsten, which allows them to stay pinned to the bottom of the lake and avoid spooking fish. The Ring Swivel Leader is simply made up of one of our size 8 Ring Swivels fused to one end, and a fused loop at the other end to facilitate attachment and detachment of your main line - the simplest way is to attach it loop to loop. It's the perfect choice for helicopter setups and it can easily be adapted to a Heli-Safe system. Moreover, as long as you wet the leader beforehand, our Inline Leads, Lead Clips, Running Rigs, and even the Bait-Up Method Feeders can easily be slid down the leader to the ring swivel, and set up. The 1m long Dark Matter material used for these leaders is highly abrasion-resistant and has a breaking strain of 30lb - or 40lb for the Euro version. There are also 50cm and 30cm versions available if you need a shorter leader, for instance for long range casting. The leader can easily be matched to the bottom of the lake as there is a choice of different colours: Clear, Weed, Gravel, Clay or Silt. Each package contains one leader.
