The new generation of Inspire Bivvys has established new standards in terms of innovation and design. The two-rib construction allows a light and easy to assemble shelter. Both versions are equipped with a roll-up top, perfect for quick sessions in good weather where prolonged upper cover is not required. The Pro-Vent system has been used throughout! A large rear vent, and two added side vents provide the best 360-degree ventilation. This maximizes air exchange, thus reducing condensation and increasing visibility, while also keeping you cooler during the warmest months. The durable Pro-Tect canvas with zip at the ground, helps prevent the penetration of insects or water. It is attached by sturdy zippers placed 10 cm above the ground.
The Inspire bivvys are equipped with our new technologically advanced Pro-Tex fabric, which is breathable, lightweight, extremely durable and water resistant up to 20,000 mm. The removable front facade includes a door and diamond mesh windows. The panel has been equipped with two zip doors, allowing a "mailbox" type opening and better weather protection.
The Condenser Wrap provided with the 1 Man Bivvy and the Full Overwrap provided with the 2 Man Bivvy, were specifically made from a very strong and waterproof 210D fabric. They offer a hydrostatic protection of 10,000mm. Combined with the Pro-Tex 20,000mm fabric, it offers a much higher efficiency level by allowing the Bivvy's inner capsule to breathe effectively. As the air transition is greatly reduced by the 210D fabric used, the much slower and progressive air exchange, which significantly insulates the internal air against cooling, creating a superior insulation barrier. This process also significantly reduces humidity and the formation of condensation. This system can be further optimized when used with the Pro-Vent system by allowing the vents to stay open and operational on hot and humid days.
