Lightweight logistic and tactical plastic case for: Ammunition (small, medium and large weapons), pyrotechnics, explosives, countermeasures, flares and weapons, etc...It enables ammunition storage, cartridge box, storage and preservation, hardware, tools, hunting scope, rifles, handguns, valuable items, geo-caching, and hunting accessories. PPD's new lightweight and innovative ammunition cases (LWAC®) are based on a newly patented design by PPD and specially developed raw material resins by PPD meeting all military requirements and standards.

• Lower weight, more than 68% less than existing steel boxes. For instance, the packaging weight of 1,000,000 12.7 caliber cartridges (0.50) will be reduced by 16.5 tons! • Improved stacking capacity, allowing 90⁰ cross-stacking and vertical stacking • Enhanced thermal capacity, with reduced heat transfer • Prepared for integrated RFID labels for tracking and control. • Low noise during handling and contact with steel surfaces • No risk of sparks • Fully compatible with existing steel boxes • Fully recyclable/reusable • Choice of multiple colors, e.g. color coding according to ammunition type.

The LWAC is perfect for 12.7mm/0.50Cal ammunition and less. It has a flat bottom for better storage, allowing you to place ammunition boxes in it without risk of tilting.
